1. Application
By placing an order with Elaine Hart London, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full and without reservation. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate and up to date. However, in individual cases errors or inaccuracies may occur. Elaine Hart London reserves the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on screen due to differences in display settings and are not grounds for a return.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment. Available payment methods may vary. The customer is responsible for checking available payment options at the time of placing their order. All transactions are secure and processed through trusted payment platforms. Elaine Hart London reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued to the customer.
4. Processing & Delivery
- Processing time: 1–3 working days
- Delivery time: 7–14 working days
Please note that our products are shipped directly from our supplier. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Elaine Hart London shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs procedures.
After dispatch, the customer will receive a tracking number (Track & Trace) to monitor their shipment. Elaine Hart London is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Full details of our returns and cancellation policy can be found on our Returns Policy page. We strongly recommend reading this before submitting a return request. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
6. Liability
Elaine Hart London shall not be held liable for loss or damage to a parcel where the tracking system confirms that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address entered at the time of placing their order. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

All content on this website — including texts, photographs, graphics, logos and page layout — is the property of Elaine Hart London. Any copying, distribution or use without the prior written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first seek an amicable resolution before referring the matter to the courts of England and Wales.
